
You need to insert your USB drive at this point in order to proceed. Forgetting your password can be very frustrating, however this situation could be completely alleviated if you always had a password reset disk handy. When the Forgotten Password Wizard appears, insert your USB thumb drive and then click Next. If you forget your password again, you can use the same password reset disk. After clicking on the "Reset password" link, you'll be taken to a screen where you can answer security questions. Then, insert a USB drive to make a password reset disk by clicking on “Burn USB” from the main UI of the tool. To reset your Windows password, follow the given steps: Connect the Bootable media to the affected system.

Even though this is such a helpful feature, only a few people are actually aware of this option. Just scroll down to the bottom and click on the " Use a password reset disk instead " link.
